Terms of Use
1. Service
Fliptown is a free-to-download game provided by Fusapp OÜ. By using it you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Account
You can play as a guest or with Apple, Google or email. Guest progress lives in a device-bound account — save your account to keep it. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
3. Virtual items and purchases
Marbles, caps and cosmetics have no real-money value, cannot be transferred or cashed out. The store sells only one-time cosmetic sets (looks such as a strike trail, table ground, frame and badge; the Founder Supporter Pack also adds a title): they give no advantage in the game, contain nothing random and show their contents before you buy. There are no subscriptions and no consumable packs. Purchases go through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Buying needs a saved (non-guest) account; a set belongs to the Fliptown account that bought it and cannot be moved to another one — sign in with that account to get it back (Store → Restore purchases). Refunds follow store policy; a refunded set is removed from the account. Deleting the account deletes its sets too, and they cannot be restored to a new account. Power or hit odds are never sold.
4. Fair play
Strike outcomes are computed on our servers. Cheating, automation, exploiting bugs or artificially inflating step counts may lead to reward removal and account suspension.
5. Ads
Rewarded ads are optional and never grant extra throws or better odds.
6. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable consumer law we are not liable for indirect damages.
7. Changes, termination, contact
We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app. You can delete your account at any time. Contact: developers@fusapp.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. This does not take away the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts or consumer dispute bodies those rules make competent.
