Delete your account
In the app (recommended): Fliptown → Settings → Delete account → confirm. If you haven't signed in recently you'll be asked to sign in again.
No access to the app? Email developers@fusapp.com from your account address with the subject "Delete account"; we delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Profile (nickname, birth year, settings), cap collection, marbles/XP, quests, step and match records on Fusapp servers (Europe)
- Your identity record (Firebase Authentication); for Sign in with Apple your Apple authorisation is revoked
- The sets you bought in the store and their purchase records on Fusapp servers: they cannot be restored to a new Fliptown account
What is kept
- Rewarded-ad replay-protection records — de-identified, 12 months, for fraud audits
- If Apple reports a refund after the deletion: a refund record with no link to your account, for refund audits
- Purchase records at Apple/Google (their policies apply)
